The apartment, that can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of:
- a master bedroom with a big wardrobe, a desk and a chair, and its private bathroom;
- a bedroom with 2 single beds and a big wardrobe
- a living room, with fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, TV and a daybed, for 2 extra people;
- a second bathroom.
The Space
Just renewed and well furnished in a modern style, the apartment is 70 square metres plus a 8-sqm balcony.
It is located on the first floor of a building served by elevator.
It consists of:
- A large master bedroom with private and well equipped bathroom, large wardrobe, desk and chair;
- A double room with the same large wardrobe;
- A living room with a sofa-bed for 2 people, kitchen corner with cooking top, electric oven and microwave, cable tv, coffee and CAPPUCCINO machine, fridge and freezer;
- A second large bathroom with shower, toilet and washer-drier (11 kg for washing/ 9kg for drier).
- Access to the rooftop of the building is allowed
Other facilities included are also Internet Wi-Fi, cot and baby-table , air conditioning operated independently in each room by heat pumps, windows with double glasses, with also windowpane opening. Moreover, the whole apartment is well insulated (Energy class F) and cool in summer.
Within 100 metres you can find all kinds of shop such as supermarket, restaurants, pastry shops, rent-a–car/scooter, private parking area, swimming pool, gym, spa and a bus stop to the railway station is nearby as well.
In a 10-minute walk you can head to the beach, to the port or to the railway station. Thus, the apartment is the ideal accommodation also for visitors who don’t like driving.
